Website rescue ยท Once-off service

Your website needs fixing, not another long contract.

Broken contact forms? Missing pages? A designer who never finished? Send the site address and tell me what is wrong. I'll review what can realistically be repaired, then prepare a clear quote before work begins.

Durban-based. Supporting businesses across South Africa.

One job. Clear scope.

No account needed. No payment at the enquiry stage. You can send screenshots, your current website link and other useful files when you are ready.

Monthly maintenance is optional, not required to keep your agreed website deliverables.

What I can review

First we identify the issue and confirm what access, content and platform support are available.

Broken enquiries

Forms that do not submit, WhatsApp buttons that go nowhere, missing notifications and broken booking paths.

Unfinished websites

Missing sections, incomplete pages, inconsistent layouts and projects abandoned during a previous handover.

Mobile and usability issues

Navigation that is difficult to use, poor spacing, unreadable content or obvious accessibility problems.

How the repair works

Start with a short description. No passwords or verification codes in the intake form.

  1. Share the public site address, what needs work and any screenshots.
  2. I review the issue and confirm whether access or specialist help is needed.
  3. You approve a written repair scope, fixed or estimated price and any exclusions.
  4. I make the agreed changes, test them and hand over an explanation of what was done.

Some repairs are impossible without source files, hosting access or third-party cooperation. I will explain limitations before quoting. Never send passwords in a form.

Pay for the fix. Keep control.

A once-off repair is quoted individually after review, not sold as an automatic subscription. If you want ongoing website care, we can discuss that separately.

Ready for a review?

Tell me what was promised and what is actually working. Uploading files is optional. The brief takes you through your organisation, project and review details.
