Request deletion

To request deletion of information associated with your interactions with TK Web Studio, email tkwebstudio@outlook.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.

What to include

Please provide enough information for us to identify the records you want deleted. For an Instagram-related request, include your Instagram username and a short description of the interaction or approximate date. Do not send your Instagram password, access token or other account credentials.

What we will do

We will verify the request where reasonably necessary, locate information controlled by TK Web Studio and delete or anonymise eligible records. This may include stored social-message or comment metadata, conversation records, enquiry information and related internal records.

Information we may need to retain

Some records may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, accounting, dispute handling or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Where full deletion is not appropriate, we may restrict or minimise the information instead.

Meta-controlled information

Deleting information held by TK Web Studio does not automatically delete information held independently by Meta or Instagram. You may need to use Meta or Instagram account controls for data they control directly.

Confirmation

Once a valid deletion request has been processed, we will confirm completion or explain any information that must lawfully or legitimately be retained.
