The basic terms that apply when using TK Web Studio's website, enquiry channels and social-media support.

1. Website use
You may use this website to learn about TK Web Studio, request information, submit an enquiry and access services made available to you. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access or use it for unlawful activity.
2. Enquiries and social-media messages
Messages sent through our website or social-media accounts are treated as enquiries unless TK Web Studio expressly confirms otherwise. Automated or assisted replies may provide general service information, portfolio guidance or next steps, but they do not by themselves create a binding quotation, contract, payment obligation or delivery commitment.
3. Quotations and project agreements
Project scope, pricing, payment terms, timelines and deliverables are only binding when confirmed through an approved quotation, invoice, contract or other written agreement from TK Web Studio. Custom discounts, refunds and non-standard commitments require human approval.
4. Third-party services
Our website and services may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting, database, email, analytics, payment and social-media providers. Their own terms and availability may affect features that depend on them.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, TK Web Studio owns or is authorised to use the text, branding, layout, code, graphics and other content on this website. Client materials remain subject to the rights agreed in the relevant project arrangement.

We aim to keep our website and online services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend or change features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, compliance or business operations.
7. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TK Web Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from general website information, temporary service interruption or third-party platform failures. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
