TK Web Studio is a Durban-based web design and development service. This policy applies to tkwebstudio.company and to the TK Web Studio Social Manager integration used with our Instagram business account.

2. Information we may collect

We may collect information you submit directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, project requirements, uploaded project files and enquiry details. When you interact with our Instagram account, Meta may provide information needed to manage that interaction, such as your Instagram-scoped user identifier, username, message or comment content, timestamps and related conversation or media identifiers.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, provide quotations and services, manage client projects, maintain security, improve our website and support routine Instagram interactions. Our Social Manager may assist with routine questions, service information, portfolio requests and lead qualification. Matters involving quotations, discounts, refunds, disputes, legal issues, security, contracts or unusual commitments are escalated for human review.

4. Automated processing

TK Web Studio may use automated systems to classify routine social-media messages and prepare or send appropriate basic responses. We apply approval boundaries so that higher-risk financial, legal, security and contractual matters are not handled autonomously.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that help operate our website and business systems, including hosting, database, email, analytics, payment and social-platform providers. 6. Meta and Instagram data

Instagram interactions are processed through Meta's platform and APIs. TK Web Studio only requests access required for the Social Manager features we use, such as basic Instagram account access, content publishing, comment management and messaging. Meta's own terms and privacy policies also apply to information processed by Meta.

7. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including customer support, project records, security, legal obligations and legitimate business administration. Social interaction records may be retained for continuity, moderation, lead management and audit purposes, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including restricted server-side credentials, access controls, transport encryption and logging. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
