Service Delivery Timeline

TK Web Studio delivers services electronically. These estimates explain when customers can normally expect a quotation, preview, revision, launch or handover.

Effective: 5 August 2026No physical shipping is provided

1. When the delivery period starts

The project delivery period begins when all of the following have been received:

  • acceptance of the quotation and project scope;
  • the required deposit or upfront payment;
  • the essential content, branding and account access needed to begin; and
  • any requested confirmation or onboarding information.

The quotation may set a different start condition or project-specific date.

2. Standard website estimates

Starter Website — 5 to 10 business days

Normally applies to a one-page scrolling website after the required content and deposit are received.

Business Website — 10 to 15 business days

Normally applies to a business website of up to four pages with a standard contact or quotation flow.

Extended Website — 15 to 25 business days

Normally applies to a website of up to six pages with additional content areas such as a gallery, portfolio or FAQ.

Premium Automation — 20 to 40 business days

Applies to projects involving advanced forms, secure uploads, lead tracking, integrations or automation. The final quotation may provide a longer or phased timeline for complex work.

3. Quotations and project confirmation

TK Web Studio aims to acknowledge a complete website enquiry within 1 business day and provide a standard quotation within 1 to 3 business days. Custom systems may require additional discovery before a final quotation and timeline can be issued.

4. Preview and revision periods

The first working preview is normally delivered within the package estimate above. Standard revision requests are normally completed within 2 to 5 business days per round after clear, consolidated feedback is received.

Large redesign requests, new pages, changed business requirements or new integrations may be treated as additional scope and assigned a revised delivery date.

5. Launch and handover

After final approval, full payment and required domain or hosting access are received, TK Web Studio aims to launch or hand over a standard website within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery may consist of a live website, secure preview link, digital files, account transfer, credentials or written handover information, depending on the quotation.

6. Hosting, domains and maintenance

Standard hosting or domain setup is normally completed within 1 to 3 business days after payment, required identity or account checks and access are complete.

Domain registration, DNS updates, SSL certificates and email changes may take additional time to propagate or be approved by third-party providers. Routine maintenance requests are normally acknowledged within 1 business day and scheduled according to the customer's care plan and request priority.

7. What can delay delivery

Delivery estimates may move because of:

  • late content, payment, feedback, approvals or account access;
  • changes to the agreed scope or repeated revision rounds;
  • third-party verification, payment gateway review, domain transfer or platform approval;
  • service outages, security incidents or provider delays; or
  • events outside reasonable control.

TK Web Studio will communicate a revised estimate when a material delay becomes known.

8. Customer review window

Customers should review previews and report clear issues within 5 business days unless the quotation states another period. Delayed feedback may move the project to the next available production slot.

Urgent work is accepted only when confirmed in writing and may carry a separate fee.
