Cookie Policy

This policy explains the limited browser storage and optional analytics used on the TK Web Studio website.

Effective: 13 August 2026Analytics is off until you allow it

1. What cookies and browser storage are

Cookies are small text records saved by a website in your browser. Similar browser storage, such as local storage, can remember a setting without sending it automatically with every request.

TK Web Studio separates storage that is necessary for requested features from optional analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from viewing public pages, requesting a quotation or contacting us.

2. Necessary storage

Necessary storage is used only to provide security or a feature you request. It is not used for advertising.

  • Privacy choice: tk_cookie_consent_v1 is stored locally in your browser so the website remembers whether you allowed analytics. It records the choice, policy version and time, not your name or contact details.
  • Client session: __Host-tk_client_session is a secure, HttpOnly session cookie created only after a client signs in to the secure upload area. It expires after about 30 minutes or when the session is ended.
  • Administrator session: __Host-tk_admin_session is a secure, HttpOnly session cookie used only after an authorised administrator signs in. It expires after about 30 minutes or on sign-out.

Session cookies use Secure and SameSite protections and cannot be read by ordinary page JavaScript.

3. Optional analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics”, the site loads Google Analytics to understand page visits and general website interactions. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<measurement-id> to distinguish visitors and sessions.

TK Web Studio configures the tag with Google signals and advertising-personalisation signals disabled. The website does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form messages or uploaded files as analytics event data.

If you choose “Use necessary only”, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded. If you later withdraw permission, analytics is disabled and the site attempts to remove its first-party analytics cookies.

5. Payments and third-party websites

Card payments open Paystack's hosted checkout only after you choose that payment route. Paystack and any other third-party website you visit controls its own cookies and privacy practices. Review the provider's notices before continuing.

Some public showroom pages display licensed stock images or fonts delivered by external providers. Those providers may receive standard technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, in order to deliver the requested file.
